An all-you-can-eat lease is a tenancy agreement that the landlord or tenant can terminate at any time by reasonable termination. Unlike a periodic lease, it is not linked to a period. Alternatively, if a tenant wishes to take possession of a property and the lessor agrees, a lease agreement may be entered into at his convenience (without specific time) for a limited period, but there is no time to negotiate and conclude a new lease. In this case, the lease is terminated at will as soon as a new lease is negotiated and signed. The parties may also agree that the tenant must vacate the premises if the parties do not enter into a new lease within a reasonable time.
